New feature: DAB+ receiver on FM Transmitters

Wave series FM transmitters are enriched with an important new feature: it is now possible to receive a DAB/DAB+ channel and retransmit the audio of the desired service via the FM transmitter.
This function allows you to have an additional audio backup, should the main source fail.
To configure the DAB/DAB+ receiver, simply select the frequency channel and the Service ID of the desired service.
Once the signal is received, the interface constantly checks parameters and quality to evaluate the signal validity.
